Аннотация:
The article presents the preliminary results of a study of clinical manifestations, course, prognosis of bipolar disorder and alcoholism when combined. The results of the study indicate that there is some gender-specific in the formation and progression of alcoholism and BAR in patients with "dual diagnosis". The obtained results require further validation, however, they can serve to improve an individual approach to the diagnosis and treatment of bipolar affective disorder associated with alcoholism.
