Аннотация:
Analyzed the economic feasibility of drug-rehabilitation programs for persons with opioid dependence according to foreign literature and to results of similar calculations for the Russian Federation. It is shown that the inclusion of comprehensive rehabilitation programs prolong opioid receptor antagonists, despite their high cost increases the cost-effectiveness of therapeutic interventions at the expense of a significant reduction in the economic burden of disease entities included in the remission of drug abuse and to stop using drugs.
