Archival issues of the journal will be laid out gradually as the site is filled, we ask you to understand with understanding that at the moment only the current and the most recent of the previously published issues are presented.

Over time, we will publish freely all archival issues.

Since the journal exists within the framework of the subscription model (revenues from the placement of promotional materials or received as grants or sponsorship support constitute an insignificant share in the total revenue structure), we also expect that you will understand with understanding that information about the current and the most recent issues will be presented in the form of metadata, access to the full texts of the articles will be provided only to the subscribers of the journal, and in an easy access, these materials will appear with sufficient time delay.
