Аннотация:
According to available literature, analyzed the experience of the United States on the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs for persons with opioid dependence and it is shown that the use of complex drug-rehabilitation programs significantly improves the adherence of patients to treatment, increases the period of abstinence from drug use and reduces the risk of HIV infection. At the same time on all of these indicators prolonged forms of naltrexone superior benefits from the combined use of oral naltrexone and opioid receptor agonists.
