Аннотация:
This paper analyses the Russian and foreign experience of legal regulation of doping in professional sports. The authors analyze different definitions of "doping" is considered the most interesting examples of countering its use in countries with a developed sports system as Spain, France, China, offer anti-doping law in Russia.
