Аннотация:
The epifamin influence on activity of marker enzyme of hepatocytes injury – gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase, as well as aconitate hydratase activity, which can play a role of criteria of prooxidant-antioxidant balance, and citrate level at blood serum of patients with chronic alcoholic hepatitis at basic therapy have been investigated in this work. It was established that the combined therapy with epifamin provided a more pronounced decrease of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase activity (in 2.6 times), increasing at pathology, compared to the basic treatment (in 2.0 times). In addition, at the treatment with epifamin more significant change of aconitate hydratase activity toward control values was observed. Along with it, more sufficient decreasing of citrate concentration compared to patients not receiving epifamin took place. Evidently, correction of melatonin level under epifamin action promoted improvement of free radical homeostasis state that provided a positive effect on hepatocytes functioning, aconitate hydratase activity and, as a consequence, citrate content.
