Аннотация:
The present article described the analysis of treatment of patients addicted to alcohol, who received extended-release naltrexone treatment through regional dedicated programs. It was found that patients, who received 6 or more injections of extended-release naltrexone, achieve statistically significant longer remissions compared to patients, who received less than 6 injections. Out of 132 patients, who received 6 or more extended-release naltrexone injections, 91 patients (68,9%) were in remission for 1 to 1,5 years. It was also found that patients treated with extended-release naltrexone demonstrated improved dynamics in the structure of primary psychopathological impairments in their alcohol craving, as well as improvements in their family relationships and social aspects.
