Аннотация:
The criteria of effectiveness of a narcological treatment as it viewed by patients and specialists in narcological hospital are studied. The predominant criterion is the criterion "refusal of consumption of psychoactive substances". Patients in the early days of treatment have a formal clause of this criterion. It does not help to retain a patient in the care system. Only a third of patients and specialists accepted other criteria for effective treatment. The patient’s set for activities, as the criterion of effective treatment, contributes to retaining him in the hospital. The specialists contrast the criterion "denial " with the criterion "improving the quality of life".
