Аннотация:
The results of systematization and the analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of narcology are given in article for the purpose of development of a new Order of rendering medical care to the population of the Russian Federation on the narcology profile. The highlights connected with its development are defined, and also contradictions which are resolved, thanks to the carried-out work, are shown. In the conclusion the importance of results of work, which were cornerstone of a new Order of rendering the narcological help, for transition to qualitatively new level of the organization and implementation of the narcological help is emphasized.
