Аннотация:
Early markers of hepatic failure in patients with drug dependence on opiate drugs are metabolites of pigment metabolism (direct and indirect bilirubin), metabolites of protein metabolism (total protein, albumin), markers of liver cell cytolysis (transaminase enzymes – ALT, AST , membrane enzyme – GGT enzyme cytosol of cells – LDH). Concentration of the metabolites and the activity of the enzymes is increasing proportional to the weight of pathological processes.
