The article describes the issues related to the trafficking of new synthetic drugs, raises the problem of early detection and prevention of new types of drugs, considered the possibility of creating a system of early detection and prevention of new types of drugs, a review of international experience with regard to the introduction of the institute a temporary ban on psychoactive substances.
