Аннотация:
The ground for the introduction of blood maximal allowable alcohol concentration (BAC limit for driving) value analogous to expired air one to the Code of Administrative Offence article 12.8 is provided. Methods of quantitative determination of blood alcohol both used abroad and in Russia are reviewed also as characteristics of their accuracy. After Authors’ opinion allowed drivers’ BAC limit value need to be in accordance with allowed expired air alcohol concentration but not be calculated on the basis of determination methods accuracy. Coming from the calculations using the most adequate proportionality factor BAC/BrAC need to be 0.4 gram per liter of blood.
