Аннотация:
Applying gas chromatography method with single quadrupole mass selective detector the results of enzymatic hydrolysis using glucuronidase, pepsin, trypsin and keratinase were compared. 100 mg hair samples obtained from a single source were used. Samples were selected both from the corpses and from living beings. Preliminary analysis demonstrated presence of p-metoksimetamfetamin. The resulting hair hydrolyzate was subjected to solid phase extraction (SPE), pH conditions were selected at which the enzymes are most active. For the -glucuronidase 1/10 – pH was 6,5, for pepsin – pH was 2.2 for trypsin – pH was 8.0, for keratinase – pH was 6.5. The possibility of detecting in full scan mode of 9-tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol and cannabinol in hair samples is demonstrated
