Аннотация:
Secondary prevention plays a major role in the strategy of protecting and improving the health of citizens. The article presents information on the number of people who use drugs and require secondary prevention. It defines goals, objectives and basic technologies of this type of substance abuse treatment. The article substantiates the need of introduction of the range and quality of secondary prevention indices that narcology establishments put into practice into Russian Ministry of Health statistical accounting.
