Аннотация:
The most frequent crisis among drug addicts in stable remission is associated with anxiety about love (37%). Such crises as loneliness (20%), relative`s illness (17%), job-related problems (13%), possible relapse (6%), ungrounded suicidal thoughts (6%) are elicited. These crises are not revealed in drug addicts during the process of inpatient detoxification. Almost a half of inspected opiate addicts in stable remission can be categorized as a group of high relapse risk. Such clusters as "Difficult life situation as a reason of drug use", "Depressive states as a result of drug abstinence", "Active coping strategies on behavioral level", "Social deprivation as a condition for drug use", "Traumatizing experience as a condition for search of an exit", "Constructive social interaction" are highlighted.
