Аннотация:
Four of the seven federal guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of addiction were analyzed. Some main shortcomings of all papers were revealed: symptoms of the diseases do not meet the clinical reality; some of the disorders discussed do not occur in clinical practice; practical recommendations do not correspond to the principles of evidence-based medicine, do not have adequate scientific basis and can cause harm to patients. The conclusion about the unsuitability of the analyzed documents for use in medical practice has been made.
