Аннотация:
The article contains the results of clinical psychopathological, psychological and statistical survey of 60 delirium tremens patients. Estimated by a number of parameters (such as types of delirium tremens, excitement character, variety of psychosis recovery, transient syndromes) clinical picture of delirium tremens in patients living in ecologically unfavorable regions (index group) has been proved to be of more severe character in comparison with the clinical picture of delirium tremens in patients living in an ecologically satisfactory territory (control group). Intellectual-mnestic disorders studied by means of Wechsler’s method turned out to be more apparent in the index group patients than those in the control group.
