Outlines the main features of a model drug rehabilitation – therapy individually arranged in a peasant economy. This model complements conventional stationary and suitable for retention in the program patients not withstand a load of forced participation in group activities and therapeutic exercises. The model incorporates a collective of patients receiving family and social therapist as a staff member of the therapeutic institution. This model has a wide range of applications (for minors convicted for psychiatric patients undergoing treatment for a court sentence) and detects more positive results compared with inpatient care to drug addicts.
