Аннотация:
The Article describes a medico-social status and plans of 183 patients of narcological hospital, target patients group for injectable naltrexone and main specialists concerns about the combination of "12 steps" and naltrexone injections are described. There are some considerations how to overcome these concerns. Some clinical cases of successful "12 steps" and injectable naltrexone combinations are described in the last part of the article.
