Аннотация:
Direct effect of a wide range of concentrations (0,3 27 g/ml) of psychoactive drugs, morphine and naloxone, as well as immunoglobulin G (IgG) from non-immunized rabbit and anti-morphine IgG from immunized rabbit on the DNA synthesis in cultured human lymphocytes in vitro was studied. A stimulating effect of morphine on the DNA synthesis in lymphocytes and the blocking effect of naloxone and anti-morphine antibodies were detected. A model was worked out in cultured human lymphocytes in vitro for testing the effects of psychoactive and other biologically active drugs and evaluating the neutralizing effect of antibodies to these pharmacological drugs.
