The article substantiated mechanisms alkogol impaired liver function in patients with alcohol dependence syndrome. It is shown that disruption of a special role microbiocenosis colon – with increasing content of opportunistic pathogens with signs of exo-and endotoxicity that causes damage to cell membrane of enterocytes and disruption of the sorptive capacity factors nonspecific and specific protection translocation lipopolysaccharides of Gram-negative bacteria, contributing to the formation of proinflammatory cytokines and exacerbate alcoholic liver disease
