Аннотация:
Provides international data on the application in practice narcological citicoline (cytidine-5-diphosphocholine) – a substance that is an intermediate in the synthesis reactions fosofolipidov cell membranes and has nootropic, neuroprotective and psycho-stimulant properties. It is concluded that the multimodal nature of the pharmacological action of the drug, it can be used to smooth the cognitive impairment caused by intake of psychoactive substances, possibly reducing the craving for psychostimulants, alcohol and cannabinoids. Notes promising to further investigate the effects of citicoline in the treatment of drug addiction, combined with affective disorders.
