In this paper we explore options TFE morphine hydrochloride hydrolyzate of urine on sorbents of different nature. Used different batches of chemical divinylbenzene copolymers XAD-4, as well as modified sorbents with grafted alkyl phases (C-1, C-8, C-16, C18). The conditions of sample preparation, optimizing output and eliminate the background of urine for subsequent GC analysis. Offered workable methods TFE morphine on polymeric sorbents in columnar form and the application of vibration in the sorbent volume of the liquid phase for GC / MS analysis, as well as the method of sorption opiates converted-phase sorbent C-18 for GC and GC / MS analyzes.
