Аннотация:
The semantic and biological paradoxes related to the phenomenon of "designer drugs" are discussed. Considered some of the terms used for juridical and biological characteristics of the designer drug from the group of synthetic cannabinoids. This information is evaluated in relation to the methodology for classification of new psychoactive substances to restrictive lists. Numerous inconsistencies in terminology synthetic cannabinoids, as well as the paradox when considering the relation "structure – activity" and "affinity agent to CB1 receptors and biological activity" are presented.
