The role of theoretical knowledge in addictology: paradigmatic vaccinations

Аннотация:
The epidemiological picture of the extent of Addiction, geographic distribution, a variety of shapes, clinical manifestations, and health and social consequences of addictive diseases to society make it possible to characterize them as a vital issue of global importance in the modern world. The difficulty in the practical implementation of the tasks of preventing and overcoming addictive disorders and diseases due not only to purely organizational problems and the need for regulation of inter-agency cooperation in working with patients with alcoholism, drug addiction, substance abuse and other addiction, but also theoretically conscious of the complex intertwining of many etiopathogenic mechanisms, among which, in addition to purely biological, and involved the social, economic, geographic, environmental, cultural factors, along with random and uncontrolled explosive processes, according to the laws of synergy. There is a need non-traditional approach to solving nozotsentricheskogo scientific and practical problems of addictology, formation of a new polycentric thinking. Accordingly, there is a problem of training of experts on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of current knowledge in the field of natural sciences and humanities for productive Multiprofessional coordinated interaction in the areas of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation activities. This publication reflects important applications of theoretical constructs and knowledge to solve specific problems addictology is a prelude to a series of lectures of the new training course for doctors Psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, psychotherapists and social workers in this challenging and exciting science of man.
