Аннотация:
At the poll of 392 (287 men, 105 women) smokers aged from 16 to 80 years (middle age 31.4 ± 14.1 years), sleep disorders (SD) were revealed in 66.1% of cases (the incidental in 52.6%, frequent in 9.7%, constants in 3.8%). With aging and tobacco smoking experience the frequency of SD and the nicotine dependence (ND) increased. From the moment of formation of ND, SD (first of all short sleep and frequent night awakenings which were observed at the increasing number of smokers) started being registered authentically more often; many of them started to take somnolent preparations. The specified SD, and also difficulties of falling asleep, correlated with high content of pitches in the smoked cigarettes and expressiveness of ND. The received results need to be considered in treatment of SD and ND.
