Аннотация:
The results of the study two variants of hydrolysis of conjugated metabolites 3,4-methylendioxypyrovalerone (MDPV). It is believed that the enzymatic hydrolysis is more gentle, unlike the methods of acid or alkaline hydrolysis, in which some of the target compounds can decompose. Such compounds include derivatives of pyrovalerone and their metabolites. However, we can not exclude the loss of analytes and using hydrolytic enzymes. Factors that can affect the yield of target substances include temperature and duration of incubation of the sample with the enzyme. We analyzed the influence of these factors on the results of the analysis of urine samples of patients with acute poisoning center diagnosis of "acute poisoning of 3,4-methylendioxypyrovalerone (MDPV)".
