"Point of sobriety" program for alcohol addiction treatment in patients who are at risk of parental rights deprivation RUZHNIKOV A.Yu., AGIBALOVA T.V., BOYARSKIKH E.V., ALIKHANOVA E.A., NEDOBYLSKIY O.V. The paper describes the outcomes of "Point of sobriety" program in 72 alcohol-dependent patients who were at risk of parental rights deprivation. 42 of patients (58%) were abstinent during the treatment. 54 (75%) patients were in remission in a year after treatment start. The efficacy of therapy was higher among patients who received at least 6 injections of naltrexone. After the treatment course 67 patients (93%) retained parental rights, 18 children were returned to their families.
