Аннотация:
The article represents results of clinical, psychopathological, psychological and statistical research of 40 patients with opioid addiction at various stages of treatment of withdrawal symptoms. It is shown that on the 10th day of the treatment patients reveal signs of moderate anxious depression, which are subjected to positive dynamics on the 21st day. The combination of depression and low insight becomes the reason for decreased disease awareness and increases the risk of addiction relapse due to the actualization of pathological craving to opiates.
