Аннотация:
This article describes the results of opioid dependent patients treatment with injectable extended-release naltrexone within regional dedicated program. The patients demonstrated good compliance to comprehensive program "Tochak Trezvosti" – approximately 45%. The combination of injectable extended-release naltrexone and psychotherapy demonstrated effective decrease of craving for opioids.
