Аннотация:
The article reveals the influence of personal dispositions and social factors the compliance components in the behavior of patients from the point of view of the sociology of medicine. Shows the relationship of substance use and social functioning of patients with substance abuse problems. Of particular importance in the diagnosis of the social situation of the patient, identifying his/her personality dispositions has a personal orientation. Reviewed internal and external social factors associated with the addiction, a set of dispositions, such as standards of conduct.
