Reasons of limits for Widmark equations application are explained. The ways for the enhance of significance of the calculations in cases where retrograde extrapolation is possible are suggested on the basis of original data and world experience. In particular, the most significant data concerning ethanol pharmacokinetics from Widmark equations are quoted; namely, concerning of the elimination rate constant (the rate of disappearance of ethanol from the blood and expired air, Beta-slope) and rho-factor or apparent volume of distribution (Vd), their mean values and confidence interval; alternative ways for Vd determination are suggested.
