Аннотация:
Designer drugs are a large group of synthetic psychoactive substances, not included in the present moment in restrictive lists and actively introduced into illicit traffic. The danger of such compounds is related to their extensive use in populations of young people. It can be considered as a risk factor for dependence on other drugs. Attempts to create classifications of designer drugs look very complicated problem. Agents, modifying monoaminer – gic systems, were considered in detail: psychostimulants, hallucinogens, empathogens. It is noted that the mechanisms of toxic action and the addictive power of such substances has been studied that complicates the development of overdose and dependence syndrome treatment by abuse of these narcotic drugs.
