Аннотация:
The analysis of results of the researches devoted to an assessment of efficiency of use of electronic cigarettes (EC) at nicotinic dependence is provided in the review. Discrepancy of positions of supporters and opponents of this method is noted. Author recognize a methodological mistakes in the majority of researches. Different researchers estimate efficiency of EC with different criteria. In some researches efficiency is estimated on remission, in others on changes of intensity of decrease in smoking harm. As other methodological mistake undifferentiated approach to selection of patients for inclusion in researches with different stage of dependece and different intensivity of craving to nicotine is recognized. The conclusion that use of EC in therapy of nicotinic dependence has to be considered within harm reduction strategy is drawn.
