This one becomes the basic medical technologic component as main pathogenetic attribute. It's important to divide personality dysfunction and self-sustained pathological process which essential drug addiction complex clinical picture is. Instrument creation for large and different information volumes accumulation about patient and his disease is required factor for catamnesis follow-up. The last one is fundamental factor of scientific (evidential) clinical psychiatric investigation as a strong science. Such instrument as cross-disciplinary cooperation product realizes integrative clinical and information capacity as unitary technologic algorithm.
