Аннотация:
This article provides the comparative analytical review of the involuntary medical measures currently applied to psychoactive substances addicts in Russia. It also reviews the legislative framework of above said measures, diagnosis of narcological diseases in expert conditions, regulation of measures taken within courses of obligatory treatment, behavior control, the number of the psychoactive substances addicts being currently treated in Russian Federation.
