Аннотация:
Assessment of associativity of olfactory, nociceptive and clinical characteristics in 234 persons (176 male and 58 female persons) aged 16 – 29 years was conducted for study of pathophysiologic patterns of formation of substance dependence. Inclusively, 35 persons with harmful substance use and 129 persons with substance dependence syndrome were examined. Persons with substance dependence syndrome were examined in different phases of dependence: withdrawal syndrome, post-abstinent state, forced remission. Control group consisted of 70 persons without psychoactive substance use. Increase of incidence rate of pathological olfaction is typical for harmful substance use, while absence of aversive reaction to isopropanol is found more frequently in substance dependence syndrome. Besides non-aversive reaction to isopropanol is typical for periods of withdrawal syndrome and post-abstinent state, emotional assessment of this odorant does not differ from control one in the period of forced remission. Changes of pain sensitivity were associated with phases of dependence: in the period of withdrawal syndrome pain sensitivity increases, post-abstinent state and forced remission are accompanied by decrease in pain sensitivity. Findings broaden views about functioning of sensory systems in addictive disorders and may be used for more precise definition of forms and phases of substance dependence.
