Аннотация:
Federal Law of July 13, 2015 № 230-FZ, on entering into force, introduced compulsory chemical-toxicological research in the procedure of medical examination for certain categories of citizens. That led to 3-5 times increase in the volume of chemical-toxicological studies conducted within the framework of medical examinations, necessitating development of express methods for sample preparation and analysis. Those methods aim at increase in the capacity of the equipment and lessen the load on personnel. The article compares optimized sample preparation for HPLC-MS/MS system Toxtyper Bruker by methods of direct input of the biological fluid with various types of the hydrolysis and extraction into acetonitrile under salting out. As a pre-test immunochromatography with detection reader IK 200609 was tested.
