Аннотация:
Research and identification of new synthetic cannabimimetic MDMB(N)-073 metabolites were conducted by high performance liquid chromatography, tandem mass spectrometry and high resolution mass spectrometry. Possible metabolites of MDMB(N)-073 and fragmentation patterns in their mass spectra were predicted based on the known information about structurally related compounds metabolites and their mass spectra. Targeted analysis of the predicted metabolites was conducted and 6 them were found in laboratory animals urine.
