Аннотация:
The problem paraphilies, which are a form of addictive behavior, one of the relevant socio-psychological and forensic-psychiatric plans, due to the high public dangerous stew of these disorders and recidivist sexual offences. In addition, in recent years gradually change medical and legal approaches to sexual additive behavior that raises many questions in terms of clinical diagnosis of paraphilia. Readers' attention is accented on the necessity of the consideration of disorders of sexual preference from the standpoint of addictology. In this regard, in the framework of this article discusses the main challenges and difficulties at the present stage of development of addictologe affecting the genesis, taxonomy, and structural and dynamic aspects of addiction.
