Аннотация:
This article discusses the relationship between indicators of road traffic injuries, the number of vehicles in the Russian Federation 2007–2019. The trends of road traffic injuries associated with driving while intoxicated in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. A comparison of the severity of administrative and criminal liability for driving while intoxicated or a refusal of a medical examination for the state of intoxication in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is made. The objective prerequisites for the creation in the Russia of an interagency model for the prevention of driving while intoxicated are considered.
