The object of the study is the data of the forms of federal statistical observation, which allow the formation of dynamic series of homogeneous statistical indicators. Based on the data presented in the statistical reporting forms, indicators are calculated, and the activities of medical organizations are analyzed. The aim of the study is to assess the addiction situation based on the analysis of statistical data in order to formulate strategies for improving the organization of addiction care. During the study, a comparative analysis of the data characterizing the narcological situation in Moscow and the country as a whole was performed. As a result, proposals were developed to improve the provision of narcological assistance and the effective prevention of narcological diseases Scope: the organization of drug treatment in Moscow. Monitoring the use of psychoactive substances allows us to assess the addiction situation and develop recommendations to reduce the negative consequences of their use.
