Аннотация:
Aim: studying the impact of factors affecting the availability of inpatient drug treatment for rural residents under different patient routing patterns.
Methods. Now it is possible to speak about existence of several models of structures of the stationary (inpatient replacing) narcological help taking into account routing type. In this article, regional models of drug treatment were evaluated using the example of the Volga Federal District. The most common model has also been used to analyse the impact of various factors on the number of drug patients coming from rural areas. Statistical processing of the data was carried out using descriptor statistics, the Spirman rank correlation method.
Results. Three different models of routing drug patients from rural areas are described. The most common model identified the most significant factors affecting the number of patients coming from the areas.
Conclusion. It was revealed that different models of routing of drug patients from rural areas achieve different rates of inpatient treatment coverage of registered patients. The most significant factors affecting the number of hospitalized patients from rural areas to inpatient units are the number of registered patients, the number of patients treated outpatient, and the distance from the patient ‘s place of residence to the inpatient unit according to routing.
