Аннотация:
Clinical research was provided in order to comparative characteristics of perphenazine, pyracetam and mexidol determine in their influence to cognitive sphere in patients with alcohol dependence. 132 patients both men and women with alcohol dependence were examined. Perphenazine capacity to craving suppress was investigated. Also it’s lesion intact activity for cognitive function of psychic status in investigated patients was fixed. Effectiveness of component psycho-pharmacotherapy by psychotropic agents as clinical-pathogenetic factor in patients with addictive pathology (alcoholism) are analyzed.
