Аннотация:
The paper analyzed the literature data and own findings in experimental studies of morphine withdrawal syndrome. The animal models of morphine intoxication and withdrawal were discussed, as well as the data on metabolic disturbances in the central nervous system and some extraneural tissues caused by morphine withdrawal.
