Аннотация:
A method is proposed for urine sample preparation in order to detect morphine, codeine and some other basic compounds by GC-MS using liquid-liquid microextraction in Eppendorf microcentrifuge tubes. The results are presented on the establishment of the background content of morphine in urine after eating confectionery products containing poppy seeds, using this sample preparation procedure.
