Аннотация:
The article is devoted to the comparison of indicators of drug use in the Samara region (according to the annual monitoring of the drug situation) and Europe (according to the annual reports of the EMCDDA Monitoring Center). For comparison, the authors of the article propose to additionally introduce a number of indicators, such as: the estimated number of heroin users (conducted by the multiplier coefficient method), and based on the results obtained, an indicator of the volume of seized narcotic substance in terms of one drug user. Also in the article, the authors analyze the dynamics of the cost of narcotic substances in the drug trafficking market and the reasons for its differences in the regions studied.
