Аннотация:
The article provides a clinical case of a patient suffering from psychostimulant addiction (mephedrone) and gambling addiction. The patient’s illness was formed against the background of a family crisis of a dysfunctional family, difficult marital relations between the parents, and subsequently played a significant role in the life of the family. There are a detailed history of life and disease, supplemented by the results of clinical and pathopsychological examination. The dynamics of the patient’s condition is described with the specification of psychopharmacotherapy and psychotherapy. The features of the clinical case and the target of psychotherapeutic influence from transactional analysis were analyzed.
