Clinical, socio-demographic characteristics of persons with mental disorders and repeated illegal behavior

Аннотация:
According to the results of an observational study with the participation of 80 respondents, common clinical and psychopathological, socio-demographic characteristics of persons with mental disorders and repeated illegal behavior were established. Among them: a pathological parenting style; disharmony of the personal warehouse with the formation of a deviant behavior model in the adolescent period; early debut and unfavorable course of the disease with a violation of behavior control, affective instability, an aggressive way of responding in conflict situations; comorbidity of a mental disorder with addiction diseases; lack of specialty, motivation for work and support for loved ones; asocial environment. The results obtained can be useful for optimizing the activities of psychiatric service units to prevent public danger of patients.
