Аннотация:
The article describes a computer program created to diagnose risk factors for harmful alcohol and drugs consumption, and to route patients depending on the severity of the identified factors. The developed computer program is intended for use in medical organizations by primary health care doctors, as well as doctors of somatic hospitals. The program, using the questionnaires defined by the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Health of the Samara Region and the questionnaire developed by the team of authors, allows you to assess the risk of harmful consumption of alcohol and drugs, psychotropic substances, both during the medical examination of the population and when patients detect signs of alcohol-associated diseases. The program determines an integral measure of the degree of risk of alcohol and drug use using both approved and developed benchmarks that reflect the target value, scores of the actual assessment of the measures of risk degree, estimated standards in points and actual estimates. Based on the results obtained, the program offers further routing of patients. The program provides for saving results.
